On Monday afternoon, just a couple hours after we said goodbye to Mitch and Hayley, we said hello to more fabulous family members! My Grandma Ridnour, Aunt Ronda, Uncle Joel, and Great Aunt Roberta were on their way back to Iowa from a week in northern Minnesota and when they arrived Katelyn was napping. Imagine her surprise to wake up to all these lovely visitors! (This, my friends, is four generations of Ridnour girls :)
Kate was a little bit bashful (and sleepy) at first, but warmed up quickly once she got to show off some of her toys! Great Grandma Verla (or GG as we like to say) and Katelyn enjoyed a tea party...
I have three words one word for these pictures: Love. Love. Love.
Katelyn was being silly sticking her fingers in her mouth and liked the laughs she got as a result!
It's such a joy to see people light up when Katelyn is around and it's equally thrilling to see Katelyn have so much fun with friends and family. She loves to put on a show!
Unfortunately, we didn't get any photos of Uncle Joel and Great Aunt Roberta. But Katelyn played a lot of peek-a-boo with Joel that day (and also during their visit back in May), so every time I say Joel's name Katelyn replies with "pee-boo." It's so interesting the things that stick!
What a great little visit from our extended Ridnour family - it was so, so nice to see you all! Please come back again soon :)

Katelyn, your GG was SO excited to see you last week and your time together was perfect! It looks like you thoroughly enjoyed it too! All of your grandparents and aunts and uncles love you to pieces, Sweetie!
